A Shake-up Coming to the APS-C DSLR Lineup? [CR2]

It doesn’t appear that 2018 is going to bring us any interesting new DSLRs, we’re still being told that there won’t be another DSLR of significance released in 2018 (An announcement is always possible).

Canon Full Frame Mirrorless to use Dedicated Sensor [CR2]

We’re told that Canon’s first foray into a full frame mirrorless camera will use a dedicated CMOS sensor and won’t be using either the EOS 6D Mark II or EOS 5D Mark IV image sensors.

A light at the end of the tunnel? I spoke to someone at NAB last week about the yet-to-be-officiall-announced EF 200-400 f/4L IS 1.4x. I was told that the lens is now “expected to arrive in the fall of 2013

A Bit of Mirrorless Informaton [CR3]

Soon… We should see the new Canon mirrorless next Monday, details are still being confirmed about specifications and all that. Don’t expect anything too “retro” or “rangefinder-esque”, as this is going to be a mass market consumer electronics type of camera. It’ll be more Nikon 1 than Fuji X-Pro 1.
