38th Annual Leica Oskar Barnack Award

From March 1st through April 5th 2018, professional photographers and up-and-coming photographers up to 25 years old will be able to submit entries for the Leica Oskar Barnack Award. The competition calls for the submission of self-contained series, between ten and a maximum of twelve images, in which the photographers perceive and document the interaction between man and their environment in a creative and ground-breaking style.  Last year’s competition attracted over 2,700 entries from 104 countries.

Panasonic Leica 200mm F2.8 with the 1.4x Teleconverter Sample Images

Ahead of our full review, here are some sample JPEG and Raw images taken with the new Panasonic Leica 200mm F2.8 lens, mounted on the Panasonic G9 mirrorless camera, with the DMW-TC14 1.4x teleconverter fitted. The 1.4x teleconverter is included with the Leica 200mm F2.8 lens, turning it into a 280mm (560mm equivalent) F4 lens.
