Most Tokina lenses are compatible with the Nikon Z7 camera (with a few exceptions)

An update to my previous post about third party lens compatibility with the Nikon Z7 mirrorless camera -  today Tokina published their test results and their current lenses showed no issues in general operations with the following exceptions: Tokina Opera 50mm f/1.4 FF lens : compared with general conditions AF speed is slower. Tokina AT-X 70-200mm f/4 FX VCM-S lens : AF communication error, however, the lens will operate normally in manual focus mode. A reader sent me some additional information on the different Nikon EN-EL15 battery versions  based on feedback from Nikon support: Q: Can you confirm if the battery life in the D850 is the same for both EN-EL15 black batteries and the EN-EL15a grey batteries? I have seen conflicting accounts in the press.
