What to expect next from Nikon? (Nikon D3500 announcement tonight)

Here is a quick update on the already registered Nikon cameras  - back in April I reported that in 2018 Nikon is rumored to announce only two high-end cameras (Z6 and Z7) and at least two lenses: N1710  ( Nikon Z6 ) – already announced N1711  ( Nikon Z7 ) – already announced N1718  ( Nikon D3500 ) – to be announced tonight N1721  ( Nikon Coolpix A1000 ) – unknown announcement date N16H0  ( Nikon DF-M1 ) – already announced There is still another Nikon event on September 25th , right before Photokina, but this could be just the official Nikon presentation without launching any new products.

More info on the new Nikon XQD memory cards

I am sure many of you have missed my original post about the new Nikon XQD memory cards: Nikon is going to start selling their own XQD memory cards for the Nikon D5/D500/D850/Z6/Z7 cameras. It is not clear if the new XQD cards are just rebranded  Sony , Lexar  or  Delkin  cards. Two different Nikon XQD memory cards will be available: 64 GB and 120 GB.
